I am part of an integrated business advisory team providing cross-disciplinary support across: tax, assurance, M&A, transaction support, mobility, investor reliefs, valuations, equity reward and beyond.

Working with the full life-cycle of tech businesses from start-up, incubator and accelerator-backed ventures, through scaling to liquidity events and main market enterprises, advising on:
