I have 10 years’ experience in people change, both internally as head of diversity and inclusion and externally as a leadership and cultural development consultant.
Leading our people advisory business is a real pleasure as I get to speak to HRDs and CEOs about how their talent can enable their organisational ambitions. I love that we work collaboratively in our team across specialisms to provide solutions for our clients needs, including HR transformation, employee benefits, culture change, regulatory support, and diversity and inclusion.
I am especially passionate around diversity and inclusion. I help organisations understand where they are in enabling inclusive environments and developing a strategy to help them achieve their aims. My particular focus in this area is social mobility, helping people from more challenging backgrounds get into quality roles and have the opportunity to thrive.
We are market leaders in enabling social mobility and having a purpose-led approach to inclusion. We take this experience into our work with clients as we know how to make change in practice, not just in theory.
